Reset your Password
1. Go to www.outlook.com and enter your email address.
2. Click “Forgot my password”
3. Enter your email address again and the captcha word.
4. Select your authentication method – Microsoft Authenticator or SMS messaging.
5. Enter your code from authenticator app or your SMS message.
6. Enter your new password and click Finish
Once completed you will be able to access your email using this password and sign into any HealthNet Microsoft device/computer. (Wait 15 minutes to sign into a device after resetting your password online)
